OurStock provides access on a subscription basis (Trial, Monthly, or Yearly). Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Failure to maintain active payment will result in the suspension of access to your company account and database.
All data entered by your company remains your sole property. OurStock is not responsible for data loss due to user actions, incorrect usage, or expired subscription terminations.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
